Our company's passion
and calling are to morally regenerate South Africa, in every sphere
of society: the youth
(namely schools and universities); the corporate industries; our farm
worker communities; our leaders in parliament
and government; as well as parents, social workers, the police, community
mentors, churches; etc.
This program, containing the teaching and enforcing of values, character
building and ethical decision-making, is
applicable and necessary for each and every individual in our country
to ensure a more prosperous, healthy, safe and
socially cohesive society for us all. A South Africa filled with active
citizens being role models and spokespeople of
values and good, strong character.
The values we value are:
To see South Africans return to the heart of our social and psychological
problems: the ethical core of the individual.
Instead of sourcing methods to deal with or heal the results/symptoms
of our country's problems -
HIV/AIDS; teenage pregnancy, crime, drugs, corruption, etc - we need
to return to the creation of positive peer
pressure when individuals return to the heart of the problem: do values
exist, and if so, to what extent?
What am I as an individual able to do to further the existence and prosperity
of morality in my country?

To create a movement of "paying-it-forward" when individuals
teach moral values through being a role model and through
verbally spreading the message of good and ethical humanity. This will
ultimate result in ethical and social cohesion
when farms, schools, universities, businesses, towns, communities and
eventually societies and provinces return to
ethical behaviour and support the spreading of the positive transformation
message throughout the country and,
eventually, the world.

Implementation within any sphere trained is based on conditioning, repetition,
visibility, colour, originality,
creativity and most importantly fun! Each value with its coordinated
colour is implemented for 4-6 weeks. Pillars
are painted; quotes, movies, stories and poems analysed via the 6 values;
civvie days held; silicone wristbands
worn by all the trainees; posters; etc. Please see attached photographs
